I was assured if it became an issue their office would handle it, they did not. Tanya was extremely rude when I called to inquire about the problem. I was told that “I mostly dealt with her step daughter on that issue” so she would have her call me when she was back at work. Billing issues from the beginning should have been my red flag, but I continue business with this office. My mistake.
