I am happily married to my beautiful wife Tonya who is also my office manager. I am the father of three awesome children that have given us four truly magnificent grandchildren. I am an alumnus of The University of Alabama and have been a part the State Farm Insurance family for 36 years.

I began my career at State Farm as an adjuster. After 13 years and several promotions I had the opportunity to open my own State Farm Insurance Agency. Being an agent is a blessing that allows me to help others with everything from home, renters, auto, motorcycle, boat and business insurance to paycheck protection and life insurance.

My own personal story fuels my passion and purpose to make a difference for others. I was a very sick child. My mother’s State Farm Insurance Agent suggested she purchase life insurance for me. Thank God she never had to use it, but the cash value portion of the policy assisted with my student loan debt. Sadly, I lost my father and confidante to a massive heart attack. He was only 42 years old at the time and I was 9. I am the eighth child of 9 children, and this left my INCREDIBLE mother the task of raising us alone. The real tragedy was that my father had NO LIFE insurance!! This fuels my passion for selling life insurance realizing the devastation that it caused my family.

This is why I attempt to share the need for life insurance with everyone that comes into the office. Beyond my insurance business, I am very passionate about my relationship with my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, working with children and playing golf!
